Where do you ship to ?

We currently ship within the EU and offer international shipping to the UK, US and Canada.

Will I get tracking with my package?

All packages are mailed tracked. The mail service is not perfect and can/have lost packages which we are not responsible for. We hate seeing you also punished for lost or stolen mail and it is not practical for us to replace expensive handmade products for free. The solution is always tracked shipping so we can both track your parcel all the way home!

Where will my order come from & how long will it take?

All orders are crafted and shipped from Slovakia. If you are overseas, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your package to be received; the mail has been especially slow lately.

All products are made to order. Please allow 10 business days for your pieces to be made and shipped to you. We make everything to order to minimize waste.

How Should I Take Care Of My Product?

One of the biggest challenges steel faces is corrosion, which can significantly reduce its strength, appearance, and longevity.

Controlling the environment surrounding steel products can help reduce the risk of corrosion.

Keep Steel Dry: Whenever possible, store steel items in a dry, sheltered area, away from direct exposure to rain or moisture.

Avoid Saltwater: If possible, try to minimize the steel’s exposure to saltwater. After exposure rinse it thoroughly with fresh water and dry it immediately to remove any salt deposits.

Proper Ventilation: If storing steel products in a basement or enclosed area, ensure that there is good airflow.

What is your return and refund policy?
